Will gtr black edition rims fit 350z

I was just checking some stuff on craiglist and came by a set of gtr black edition set for 2500 and seems like a steal at that price how they retail in nissAn almost for 1 rim lol I was wondering will it fit 350z and how much it will reduce the performance in any way. I did check on site for tire comparison it seems to be a bit over 10 percent in diameter thanks for any input asking bc I notice people were able to fit the previous gtr rims in the 350z joe

Thanks for the link reading it and yes they are 20 inches

outlaw9259 11-11-2015 11:13 AM

There seems to be a a lot of discussion in need if a spacer for the front I can't seem to get a clear answer. From what I read 10mm in the front is enough and fender has to be rolled front and back. Can anyone confer this. I want it give offer for the set thanks joe

travlee 11-11-2015 11:19 AM

fronts are factory rolled, you cant roll them anymore.

outlaw9259 11-11-2015 11:27 AM

Thanks got mixed upped there read both post too quick I guess I am try to give a offer for 2k for just rims see where it goes. later thanks for all the helpful info

HRMoneyPit 11-11-2015 11:39 AM

You can definitely roll the front fenders lol

Come on Trav

travlee 11-11-2015 11:45 AM

you can pull them, but pretty much rolled as flat as the will go already

unless you had sarcasm in that, hard to tell.....

dcains 11-11-2015 12:10 PM

Good deal, or not, 20" wheels aren't appropriate for a Z, and whatever savings you think you're getting, you'll give it back many times over in lost performance and cost of tires.

HRMoneyPit 11-11-2015 12:12 PM

No. You can definitely roll them to clear some more. Ask me how I know. A little pull also but thr lip definitely was rolled in further

travlee 11-11-2015 12:15 PM

well looky there, you just learned me something.... not like it matters for me anymore since i sold it

Flee0588 11-11-2015 12:27 PM

Then why are you still here?

travlee 11-11-2015 12:45 PM

because i can

Use the tool: https://my350z.com/forum/tire_rim_calculator.php

Then, if it clears (according to the above), do the tire math to keep overall height within 10mm of stock and keep cross section width within reason, you'll be fine.

These simple calcs will tell you everything you need to know about relative fit. Overall tire dimensions are pretty much the same across the board (regardless of wheel diameter) as long as you maintain height to stock +/-10mm and don't go overboard on cross section width on tire or wheel.

verdict. 11-11-2015 03:21 PM

I don't have a Z (besides all my Hot Wheels) and I'm still here. ;)

HRMoneyPit 11-11-2015 04:27 PM

Because we are cool duh. I play on Zilvia and have not had a 240 for like 4 years

travlee 11-11-2015 04:45 PM

meh, i don't let people with so few posts in 10 years bother me.

350zchad 11-11-2015 05:51 PM

Yes they fit

VenomGT9 11-12-2015 02:18 AM

Spacer needed, +45 up front = #HELLASUNK

outlaw9259 11-14-2015 03:02 PM

Jhyannee 11-15-2015 11:20 AM

Totally agree with you DC, the ride will be absolutely terrible. It'll look ok when you're doing 25mph but as soon as you put your foot down all of the time spent designing suspension will be wasted. Just don't waste your time & money.

I tried to fit my Z2 VQ35DET with the 2020 GTR Nismo OEM Turbo I run it well and added 2016 GTR Nismo OEM Blow Off Valve but now my question is that the 2016 GTR Nismo wheels I ordered from Nismo Museum are going to fit to it that's what I forgot to ask from the Nismo expert inside the museum so bad I waste the chance from going in Nismo Museum for one month spending my 2.8 Million fund from winning an event so disappointed me now 😥😥😥😧😧😧

What is all this?

Side note: I wonder if my 2.8 million dollars will gain me admittance into the Nismo museum :fingersx:
