Default Nismo Z + Custom Clearcorners.com Headlights and Corners (PICS!!!!)

My review:

Headlights are awesome. I can't really put into words how nice these headlights look in person, if you are in NY/NJ, come check these out in person, beautiful, just beautiful... The pictures do not do it justice, especially when they are lit. The attention to details are just amazing. I like how it retains the OEM amber color for the turn signals, but in a very clean yet modified way. Another thing I like about these headlights: they are an attention getter from fellow enthusiasts, but not cops. Nissan could've (with a little stretch of the imagination) come out with headlights like these, thats how OEM they look.
1 Year warranty was important, as you don't get that with custom work normally.

I highly recommend this product - if you can afford it, and want headlight work done, get it done at clearcorners.com. (this is a conversion, so if your car is a daily driver like mine, it wouldn't be a problem to have them finish the work and then do a swap, downtime is however long you take to install headlights)

Details on the product are here:

EDIT:

MORE PICS:

night shot, just the black housing:

turn signals plus parking lights:

shot of the parking lights. the corners light up the sides beautifully. (headlights are off)

turn signals + parking lights:

parking lights - you can see the individual LEDs better in the daytime pics, but obviously they look better at night, but my pics won't tell you that:

turn signals on plus parking lights:

headlights on + parking lights in the pic below:

nightshot with just the turn signals operating.

^thanks! - I'm loving the new look. It's definitely worth the price - custom quality work always costs more than the alternative.

I did shop around, I didn't like anything else I saw out there. And when you say I could've got more done, what more could I have gotten done?

I didn't change just the bulbs, they are bright white LED conversion from clearcorners.com.

orly? Explain.

The only other reputable headlight customizer that comes to mind is Cincity designs. There looks to be a lot of detail involved with these headlights and turn signals.

^ just to add to that a little bit.... Cincity i'm sure does wonderful work. I like their work, but a few things bothered me... They do not paint the bezel around the projector black. It is left stock in all of their work (silver color). I really wanted all black headlights, which is what I got here.

I also have no use for a red or blue projector (which I see they specialize in). I don't go to car shows, so running those colors on the streets will only attract more cops.

Also the R8 mod they have is kinda nice, I think they'd look much better in person than in the pics, but that mod, IMO, takes away from the design of these headlights and it kinda ricey.

Price wise, cincity with their R8 mod is actually more than clearcorners.com's version.

Cincity quoted:
$225 paint
$225 Demon eye
$150 STi clear projector lens upgrade
$225 color halo
$1000 for dual color R8
$225 upper OEM amber LEDs swapped
$65 shipping

TOTAL: $2115

Cincity also doesn't list prices on their page - I know you can barter, haggle, trade, get additional discounts, etc, etc... and they'll probably lower the price to match or beat the competition, but I like clearcorners.com, and the QUALITY is top notch - one year warranty backs it up.

I can Vouch for Mike at Clearcorners.com..I have the exact same headlights but on my G35 coupe. I dont care what the price is when you get great Customer Service, an individual who will chat with you on a regular basis to check up on and make sure everything is good. If something is wrong you can send it back without any questions asked by Mike. no haggle at all or anything. he stands behind his work and if there is something you dont like about it then send it back to him. he will correct it to what you like. The prices do not justfiy anything with what you get behind the product.the craftmansship, time, effort, and fulfilling the customer Sat is what stands behind Mike's Product and anything he does.

Good looking lights. I don't understand why people bash others. To each their own. Some like cincity, others like cc, i'm sure neither company needs the help of bashing. Where in jersey are you from op? If you are close to the perth amboy area, wouldn't mind meeting up sometime, I just met up with fribica, he has a white nismo Z also.

for the quality you get from clearcorners.com NOBODY out there compares. And get a warranty? hands down worth every penny if you're into quality.
