Would 2 12's be overkill for the Z?
 

Reason is I am looking into putting my old system ( 2 JL 12 W 4's) in my Z with a rockford 500. Would this just be too much for the Z. The car it was in previously was a 4 door sedan and it rocked! Any help would be appreciated.

I only have a 8" dvc Kicker in my Z, and there's no way I could listen to it turned up all day long. Most people think it's a 10 or 12 when they hear it, so I think one of your 12's would be just fine. See my thread...
