I would highly recommend the Konis with a linear spring setup.

Koni's with mild drop amounts or enough spring rate to keep you off the bump stops if your going lower then .8" such as at least 560lbs (I had them with 448lbs).

We do have couple of board members with TomMotor sport coilover springs and Tokico D-specs, that would get you decent linear spring rates and adjustable shocks (compression AND rebound).

Here is how your choices stack up against one another.

Unless you make a diffferent product choice, your other choices won't measure up to the S-tune setup, Koni valving will be better but spring rates aren't as aggressive.

Eibach 350Z progressive springs 1”/1” drop
Spring rates in LBS initial/final front 296/384 initial/final rear 316/421

Hotchkis 350Z Linear springs .6”/.8”
Spring rates in lbs 340/330

Nismo S-tune (twin tube construction, uses progressive springs)
350Z .8"/.8" drop
Spring rates 448/504

That's the custom setup I did with Koni motorsport coilover parts for the fronts, Tein tapered 448lbs springs on a 6061 alumunum adaptor ring I made. For the rear I tried oem 427lbs springs, 375lbs Tein H-tech and 342lbs oem's.
