how much is it for jic's installed
Im thinking of the JIC Z33FLTA2H coilovers. I was quoted for 2300 installed. is this too much? also I cant lower my car too much. Are the coilovers already lowered a certain amount? Also, does anyone know how much they weigh compared to stock? and do i need a camber kit?

coilovers are usually preset to their suggested heights. however it is highly recommended that you double check the length prior to installation.
$2300? that's for the coilovers and install labor? right? installation is typically a couple hundred bucks. as for weight comparisons.. do a search. |
yea installed
i could do it myself, but i dont have the time these days. and should i do tie rods also? If so then which ones? |

What are you planning on doing with your car that has you figuring you've made the best product choice? Not to be mean, but Jic's are yet another suspension product I would not open the box to look at, let alone install if they were given to me for free. It is impossible to recommend something else since we do not know what you plan on doing with the car or what you want out of a new suspension. A basic advanced search using the word JIC and targeted to the suspension section would have pulled up the following thread. https://my350z.com/forum/brakes-and-...a-mistake.html |
if you're slammed camber kit would be yes. front A arm , rear Camber bar and toe bolts.
front tie rods? not really unless you want crazy steering angle for drifting.. else stock rods will be ok. |
