KW V2 from your list

Stance = Garbage
BC= Garbage
Cusco = PITA if you have a problem with them.

^^^

Again where is your proof on stance being garbage?

Also, type like a human.

Flo-ridaZ33 06-12-2012 05:31 AM

Why do you need KW v2's? Your obviously not tracking your car so either get V1's or Eibach Pro-Street S'. Any particular reason for such a huge variation in the types you've selected?

2l8ione 06-12-2012 05:55 AM

No reason looking for ideas. Its not a track car but when all said and dune 550hp

KW V1 or V2 would be fine, JRZ is nice but overkill.

HP is in this thread... KW V1 will serve your needs just fine.

TucsonG35 06-12-2012 08:37 AM

doesnt the V1 only drop your rear by 1.5 ?

pss350z 06-12-2012 08:46 AM

I have KW V1s and unless there is something terribly wrong with my specific kit I'd say they are too soft. I read that the rears are 248-525 lbs/in if I'm not mistaken. I had Cusco Zero 1s and they felt awesome.

I'm more than 1.5 in the rear.

Did you follow the recommended range they have? I know that there are plenty of threads past the recommended range but I stayed within, actually on the rear there is only about 1/4 inch past and I'm able to get 1 to 2 fingers in.

Also, do you find yours incredibly soft, especially in the rear? To the point that you can push down on the car and see a good amount of movement? I'm concerned with mine right now cause it seems to soft, possibly bouncy.

pss350z 06-12-2012 09:13 AM

Wow Florida, yours is alot lower than mine wtf

Flo-ridaZ33 06-12-2012 09:45 AM

I didn't follow the instruction.... I just lowered it until it looked nice. For the record, my are Eibach Pro Street S' which are rebranded KW V1 and are EXACTLY the same unit. Mine rides very nicely and doesn't get too upset over uneven pavement.

You've got a couple 1200-2000 sets of coilovers, then you jump to a $5,000 set with JRZ's. Also, generally, top shocks, like JRZ, do not come with upper mounts or springs. If you are running 20's...you obviously don't care about out and out performance, so the JRZ's are kind of silly.

ok, well that atleast makes sense. When i first installed mine i didn't follow instructions either and the wheels were tucked well into the wheel wells. THEN, I went over the instructions and realized I don't know wtf I'm doing. I think I might drop the rears all the way (another 1/4-3/8") and the fronts a little more cause my drop is so weak.

Agreed. JRZ is a little much for OP's needs IMO.
