i've tried everything i can possibly think and the sap is still there! i've tried tree sap removal spray from alcohol - no luck, numerous car washes, even tried alcohol - still no lick! how to get this sh*t out???? i park under some sort of tree maple i think but i could be wrong and the damn thing is right in front of my parking spot, any way to get it out and prevent it?

I have used a fine polishing compound for poplar sap in the spring worgs great and will not harm the paint

ive never done this before, but maybe wax? Its safe for the car and i used wax on my exhaust and took off a lot of crap that was on it. Or, you can use goo gone, which is meant to take off tree sap. Apparently some members had issues with the goo gone strippping the clear coat. When I used it on my car, the clear coat was just fine and no issues. Just dap a bit of goo gone and leave it on the sap, and wipe.

it sounds like the goo gone is the last option left..... or maybe take it to the detailer

Try a claybar first.

Here is a brief article on How To Remove Sap. If that doesn't work I would try the Stoner Tarminator or some mineral spirits. Lastly you can try to pressure wash it off. However if these steps are needed there is a good chance it's going to etch in the clear coat and you will need to polish it afterward. I hope this helps!

try bug and tar remover from autozone, if the claybar doesnt work.

Use rubbing alcohol and a cotton ball. I think that works the best as long as it's not baked on already.

it is baked on... i talked to the detail shop and they said it needs to be detailed
