Correct Torque Specs L19 and ARP

I did a search and I came up with a whole lot of nothing so...

1) what's the correct torque spec for the ARP MAIN studs?

2) Correct Torque specs for L19 HEAD studs?

I can answer the head studs....93 ft/lbs for the L19's But it is advised to do it in stages...
Bring them up to 30 ft/lbs, then work your way up in stages...50...70...93..done. The mains I am not sure. You can ask Sharif or any of the vendors for that matter.

90-95 ft/lbs for the L19
60-65ft/lbs for the ARP Mains
Both are with Moly....trq will vary if you use any other lube.

When we assemble engines, we use 65ft/lb for mains, and 95 ft/lbs for L19 head studs.

Hope that helps.

Not with L19s. They come individually wrapped and sleeved in a white padded box :)
