2007+ OEM hood?

Some punk drizzled what looks to be a thin layer of bleach or something in a torn heart shape on my hood. It is very faint but noticeable. I'll post a pic soon.

Would one of these bubble hoods fit on my 2004 350z?
I assume it would.

Yes. All hoods are interchangeable between the 350z

pyshin 12-01-2014 11:08 AM

^^^ No they are not. You can not put a DE hood onto an HR Z without clearance issues.

Maybe you should stop breaking young girls' hearts, 'Pussologist'.

^this gentleman is correct^

Yes, an 07-08 HR hood with fit on a 03-06 DE and Rev-Up.

Why would anybody even want to do that?

pyshin 12-01-2014 12:00 PM

^^^ Doesn't matter if someone would ever want to; the impossibility alone means that they are NOT interchangeable.

because they dont know crap about their car and will prob try

craig12895 12-01-2014 12:21 PM

Well I did not know that the HR actually stuck up more than the DE did and that the DE hood did not fit on the HR.
Thanks for the knowledge gents

travlee 12-01-2014 12:22 PM

the reason for the bulge is the HR motor sits higher

pyshin 12-01-2014 12:30 PM

This is why I'm right. Thanks Trav

you know, if i remember tonight, i will lay a board on my strut bar (so it goes to if not over the fenders) to see how much higher it is, i am curious now

Might also want to figure out what you did for someone to vandalize your car, they will probably try something else
