Default Kempie's 420z TT

Hi again,

after a long and bad build history, I decided to take my project one step further.
The 3.5l built short block is for sale with 0 miles on it.
I bought the brian crower 4.3 l stroker kit.

This are the mods for now:

4.3l stroker kit, sleeved

• Cosworth Big Valve CNC Heads VQ35
• Injected performance camshafts
• Cometic 100mm Headgaskets
• Coolant Bypass modification
• L19 Headstuds
• Revup Oil Pump
• HKS DLI II
• Solid Motor Mounts
• Greddy Oil Catch Can
• NGK Irridium spark plugs ( one degree colder )
• 880cc RC engineering injectors
• APS Extreme fuel system
• APS Tall boy
• APS Strut bar
• Koyo radiator
• HKS Ground wire system
• ATS triple carbon clutch + flywheel
• Haltech EMS stand alone platinum
• Oil cooler x2
• 3.3 Final drive
• Nismo differential cover
• Nismo thermostat

Turbo kit

• APS twin turbo kit
• APS 3” racing exhaust
• APS 3.5” down pipes
• Tial 38 mm External wastegates

Accesories

• Carbon cover intercooler
• Nismo engine bay dress up
• Nismo shift ****
• Défi link meter
• Défi gauges ( 2x exhaust temp., oil temp, boost, water temp., fuel pressure)
• White reflectors
• Apexi turbo timer

And on the way:

Volk SF winning wheels 19"
Tein suspension
AP big brake kit

Future plans:

titanium exhaust
titanium pipes ( intercooler, ... )
2x gt35 turbo's
a lot of welding
roll cage

some pics:

The car has made 580hp in the past. Now with the new kit, we expect 700hp. Later, after the winter of 2010 with the new turbo's, and other stuff, we are aiming for +1000hp.

I would lose the APS Tall Boy manifold and go Cosworth or Stock (Both have proven to handle 1,000+ HP). Ditto on the APS Kit. Is it an Extreme TT?

Excellent point. One of the members who doesn't post much anymore had the same plenum (or a very similar one) and literally blew it apart from all the pressure.

Pictures are in the first post of this thread-> https://my350z.com/forum/forced-indu...tor-today.html

also, you'll need to dump that APS fuel system. it wont support your goals either

James, thats a crawford manifold, not APS

I have the aps tt extreme kit for now. When we go for 1000+hp we will make a intake plenum ourself, two seperate intakes like the gtr or the 300zx for example, bigger turbo's, titanium piping, bigger intercooler, bigger piping and a totally new fuel system with an external tank and three external fuel pumps. that's about it i think. So we will be fine . But comments are very welcome. There are a lot of experienced people here. I like to hear their problems with those power levels.

Yeah, I know. Still appears to be a similar design. With a build as pricey as this, I wouldn't want to risk damaging anything.

punching the block out for 4.3L will leave the resulting sleeves very thin wont it?
