I am getting an intake soon. Thinking about Injen, but I am not really familiar with anything else. Suggestions?

yeah def be prepared to be flamed but from what ive read with the SEARCH button is prob save your money and dont get the injen. get the jwt popcharger its just as good if not better and a lot cheaper. i myself bought the injen a long tie ago b4 i was on this site sooo...

Since you only have 2 post's I'll save you the search trouble. The most popular system seems to be the Jim Wolf Technology popcharger, about $130. You can though type in popcharger in search and it's all there.

Man...I think there all the same. The location of the filter seems to be the biggest difference. I know someone that lost a small bit of time on his 1/4 mile timeswith a CAI. He was sure of it, and it DID appear that way. I do think they sound great. I suggest (IMO) something that mounts inside the bumper/fender well away from the motors heat. I don't know how helpful this was, but hey I wasn't flaming you!!!

K&N drop in with stock air box works for me.

 

Wrigley101, get the JWT Popcharger. It's cheaper than other intakes, it gives one helluva mean sound at w.o.t. and the filter is very easy to replace/clean.

thats what i dont get, its almost 100-150 dollars cheaper than the name brand intakes, but performance is just as good? sounds too good to be true
