Once I have 10 paid orders I'll put hte order in to Japan, should take 7-10 weeks to arrive. The test pipes will fit on a G35 coupe no problem.

if you are skepticle about gains, i wouldnt doubt this product.

ihatethatbobbarker was at my house the other day and after all day of drivin my Z, i hop in his car, and we take off.

man i felt it once the needle past 3k rpm. the 2-3 shift is where you can tell. its like the 1-2 chirp all over again. and with that it pushes your head back into the chair, and just more acceleration. quite fun if you ask me

it was definately faster than my car(K&N and 100octane at the time)

*mind you these were only prtotype test pipes*

definately a worthwhile mod..to me anyways

I haven't done my homework on these yet, but is the 13-14 hp boost with stock exhaust or an after market exhaust? Also, will the car's warranty still be effective, and is it CARB legal in California? Thanks, because if those answers are all yes, I'll for sure be in.

The hp numbers are from Hyper Rev magazine which was tested first with a stock exhaust, then with a ypipe, then with an aftermarket exhaust. The 14hp number was the first test they did on a stock exhaust. Test pipes are not CARB legal in California since they replace your cats.

The Hyper Rev doesnt show any tests for the mine's, only the amuse. The power gains should be exactly the same thouhg, since the design of both is pretty much identical.

So just how loud are these ?

Is it safe to assume they will NOT pass emissions tests (even here in MA) ?

not that much louder, only past 5 do they get loud, but i ahve otherwise stock exhaust
considering it replaces the things that stop smog, yeah its safe to assume you wont pass emissions
