Horrible/dishonest seller. People like this are the reason why a lot of people do not buy online. I've been doing it (online used purchasing) for 7 years, and this is my first bad experience.
What are people thinking to do that much damage to their wheels. It's almost like he tried to damage them and then sell them on purpose.
