Long story short,
I bought a barely used 06 steering wheel and he shipped it out in timely manner.
But when I received it, all the buttons were broken due to tampering, and I am convinced that the seller did not know about it.
So, he sent me a brand new 07 steering wheel without extra charge. Out of my courtesy, I paid shipping for the one I received to sent it back to him.
Considering what has happened, 97supratt handled situation in timely manner and for the buyer's satisfaction.

Thank you sir. I had no clue what happened with that wheel because my buddy had tried to overlay some cf on it and I wasn't aware about the malfunction until you told me.
