The guys at Intense really did better than I expected. I ordered a part that came in damaged and they took care of all the troubles/headaches. Called them up and they filed the UPS claim and ordered me another part. All this was done very smoothly and with courtesy! I highly recommend getting stuff here! Han, Darren, Mike, Karim, and everybody else there is great!!!
