Sent the money for his alpine amplifier on oct 14 at 1845 PST (645PM). And have just filed paypal dispute as of Oct 23, after multiple PM's about Tracking Info, Shipment status, and soon after a refund of $90

i did send it, it just took awile to get there. I got confirmation it arrived through usps.

That is true, you did finally send my amplifier. But you decided to send it 2 1/2 weeks after I sent you my money, and after filing a paypal dispute. Not many people are going to be too thrilled about sending someone money and hearing NOTHING from them for 2 weeks. I would not have left negative feedback if you would have said you had a death in the family or another reason out of your control. But you just took my money and vanished. So sorry dude, but my negative feedback still stands.
