item was listed for an 05 but was for an 03 and did not fit my car and he would not refund my money

Did not refund buyer's money because the item that was for sale was the exact item that I sent him and was from my '05 G35. I tihnk buyer has a 350Z and that may or may not be different as we never EVER Discussed whether or not the item I was selling him would fit his car. I told him as well as everyone else where the item was from and to check with their service tech or dealership to find out if it would fit. Buyer never once asked any quetsions about what it was because he "assumed" it would fit.His assumption is not my fault. Buyer is difficult to sell to and expects me to pay for his mistakes. Don't sell to this guy unless you're really certain you want to deal with tons of complaints. I cannot guarantee that what you're buying will fit your application, all I can do is explain where the item came from and which application it originated from. Again, don't sell to this buyer unless you want to pay for his mistakes.

Buyer asked no questions about wide or narrow band or even how many wires were involved in the O2 sensor. I provided all information I could have as it was from my own '05 G35 car. I gave no guarantee that item would fit his application ever. I shipped item quickly but when item was received seller complained that it would not fit his application and demanded a refund. I told him I would be unable to offer a refund as I sold him this item without any guarnatees that it would fit his application and in fact had no idea what his engine or drivetrain actually even was (he never told me that). Buyer complained that he was being unfairly treated and I suggested he sell the item himself if it did not work for him. The O2 sensor was in great condition when I sold it to him and should still work pending use on the correct application.

Since then the buyer has resold the item to another My350Z.com forum member.
