Seller never sent the item, then refused to send me my refund and told me to quit pming him. had to file claim with paypal.

Horrible buyer did not recieve all of the money i asked for. Well never do another transaction with this seller ever again!!!!

I sent the full amount asked! The seller pm'ed me offered a discount because the hood was fading, and not in the condition originally posted and then backed down from the deal. THATS NO EXCUSE FOR HIM NOT TO REFUND ME MY MONEY!!
