I paid for hood with in a day of request for funds. It took 3 weeks to receive hood, which had weave flaws... Jim said they would take care of it, and I am still waiting... (so far this transaction has taken 5 weeks and counting).. Hood is wrapped up and taking up a large portion of my livingroom. Slow to respond to PM's. No help when I called and spoke with staff... Would have to think hard about doing business or recomending them to anyone.
