Transaction was settled.
Yes item arrived damaged.
Yes he opened a despute with paypal.
But...
After we met, he took paypal despute off!!!
He add a positive feedback in my !trader.
Clearly proving my case.
Now he has short change by having a speeding ticket and tries opening this old case.
