The lack of communication has been a nightmare and inexcusable. I still don't have my transmission back and I'm getting no response from Mark or anyone at SGP, despite the valiant efforts of Intense and a bunch of friends (including a mutual friend) for weeks. I'm not confident that my auto trans is actually done and there are other customers who have been waiting longer than me for the same product. There is some BS going on at SGP right now. Potential customers beware. SGP isn't what they used to be anymore. Stay away!!!
