i bought a front lip from them that was cracked when i got it, and then it took them a month to file the paperwork with the shipping company so i could get a refund, they kept telling me to file it, when the shipping company told me that they had to do it,, finally got my money back. I paid them December 15th and got the item on Jan 2nd, returned it to ups on the 5th of Jan and just got the refund on Feb 6th glad I got a refund but wouldn't deal with them again if you paid me no offense to Jim directly I was dealing with the owner Chuck
