The goods in the transaction were four (4) wheels and tires. They were received with heavy damage and not as described prior to purchase.

The wheels have significant damage, and are in completely different condition versus as they were described and pictured prior to the sale and shipment. All wheels have damage that would need professional correction for the wheels to to be as described prior to sale, if they are even possible to be fixed at all.

Buyer exhibited gross negligence in shipping of goods, as wheels and tires were sent without any protection whatsoever, which is a possible contributor to some of the damage caused.

Two of the tires, which were described by the buyer as having "65% tread life left," arrived bald. Upon examination by a local tire retailer and professional installation facility, I was told the wheels were unsafe to drive on due to zero tread being present on the tires. They also advised me that one of the tires has some type of damage that causes the tire not to hold air, and the result is that the tire needs to be replaced as it is unable to be repaired, which would be a moot point considering the tire is bald anyways.

Upon contacting the seller, he was unwilling to offer any help in reaching a resolution, and did not respond to phone calls and voicemails sent.

The wheels are of no use, as they are not even able to be driven on nor are all of them even able to hold air. The goods are not as described, at all.All conversation between the seller and I are available, as well as pictures of the wheels as advertised versus as they were received.

The buyer is welcome to have the wheels back once my refund is received, and will be responsible for the shipping costs. I paid for a product and received something significantly different and not anything like what was described and advertised.
