Quality and performance oriented car builders who are also performance drivers, and understand what works and what does not. They try hard to match the customer to the set of modifications that he/she needs, not just what they can sell. Attentive personal service and responsiveness to the customer, and they listen to what the customer is saying. Highest marks.
