i agreed to pay the seller extra money ($50) + all costs to ship an item (hood). Seller took very long (2weeks) to get the item to me and when I opened the box the hood was damaged - tried to contact seller after and after more than a week, i've received no response...I just feel that if you take money above asking price for shipping, you should atleast try to do a good job. not cool.
