dont normally post negative feedback however i called 4times during business hours and only spoke to someone once. sent a pm pertaining to initial order status and was never responded to. Lastly when i called two weeks after the order was placed i was told it wasnt shipped yet. I appreciate the overnight shipping however should have never happened this way.
