Ad stated new, never installed, where this piece had the impressions from the bolts, it was obviously installed, happy with the peice none the less.
also a little slow to respond, sent me a pm three days after being paid. I was
starting to get worried.

I got this new from Evo-r.net. It would be impossible for me to have installed on my Ings N spec front bumper, not to mention pointless because it has an intake vent cut into the bumper itself.
