I'm incredibly disappointed that you have failed to even respond to me once PayPal said they couldn't withhold your money unless you never shipped the exhaust. You failed to properly package the exhaust. The exhaust was shipped lose in an empty box. It arrived scratched, one canister dented, and the other canister's tip was bent. I tried to ask you for info to file a fedex claim (knowing it wouldn't be honored because you failed to properly box the product). You refused to give me the required information to make a claim. I disputed it on PayPal. They closed the claim because they can't offer recourse for items that arrived substantially different then discribed. You asked for pictures of the damage. I provided them. You never responded after that. You've essentially told me to go screw myself because you failed to ship the product properly and now I have a damaged exhaust. I didn't want a full refund. I just wanted money back so I could replace at least some of the damage you did to the exhaust in shipping. Super disappointed by your reaction.

Your negative iTrader remark should be removed. I didn't do anything wrong. I paid quickly and communicated with you the whole time. The only thing I wanted was for you to do the right thing as the seller and remedy the issue with the exhaust. You failed to ship it properly. I left a 70 lbs exhaust loose in an empty box. I shouldn't be responsible for your mishandling of the product. That is bad business. You wouldn't even contact me back once I sent you pictures of the damage as you requested. Your only reply when I told you there was damage was, "It's between you and FedEx." I told you that your phone number was required to make a FedEx claim. You said you wouldn't give it to me. I asked again and reexplained. You refused to give me the information REQUIRED to make a claim with FedEx. Totally unacceptable. I've bought things from private sellers on the forums for $2,000+ and never had an issue.
