if your're going to ship something small and heavy, like brake pads, consider USPS Priority mail flat-rate, or even just regular Priority Mail. I find it's usually only a few cents more (sometimes cheaper) than first class/parcel post. But the huge benefit is it'll get there in 3-days or less. I shipped a 55lb package to Seattle from Baltimore, got there in two days. Just an FYI.
