It may JUST be Shine's fault taking forever to get my item out but some of this stuff is inexcusable. I did however, appreciate the fact that I was only talking to one person (Robert) the entire time while dealing with his ordeal.

As a distributor, I'd be a good idea to build strong ties between yourself and your supplier that way **** like this doesn't happen. Took me way too many calls to you guys to try to get a tracking number only to find out the guys shipped it the day before I got that tracking number. No compensation was given and I was left out to dry.

Next time a customer asks you if you guys can get it to them by a certain date, don't lie just to get them to buy. Tell them the truth to build loyal customers.

Hello Sir,

Typically speaking Shine ships out in 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. They were 1 day past that estimate. Shine Auto Project as a company many will attest are very difficult to get in contact with, us being a vendor we have the exact same issue. Your order was placed on the 17th of Nov with them starting to process the same day. The shipping was processed at Shine on the 22nd and picked up the 23rd by Fedex: 574069315005650. Typically speaking Shine shipments are built to order and will not leave their facility for 2 weeks after purchase. Your item was in stock and Shine shipped it as soon as they could. I do apologize for any inconvenience the extra day may have caused but I do not feel that you were lied to. I cannot do any sort of compensation for this purchase as it's priced very low as is but if there's anything else I can do for you on say a future purchase I will be more than happy to help you. I will be happy to offer some incentives to make sure you are a happy customer.

Regards,
Robert
