Speed, communication, quality customer service, and best follow-up ever! The shocks came exactly as described. There was a minor hickup.... one was not functioning correctly. Kevin refunded full value of unknown damaged item immediately, sight unseen. This seller is extremely helpful and understanding. I recommend and would purchase from again! A+
