About a year ago I sent express the money for a magnaflow exhaust via Paypal which he refunded and said it needed to be sent as a gift as to avoid fees. Being new to Paypal at the time he issues me a refund and I sent as a gift, and never received a thing. Total scumbag. Never replied to any of my messages either. Never buy from him.
