This is a neutral feedback because I don't believe it was the sellers fault the spoiler was damaged in shipping, however there has been no communication once the incident was reported by seller to the shipping company and so no resolution.
The situation was I received the spoiler, upon coming home that evening I opened the box to find the spoiler damaged. It was only after I saw the damaged spoiler I noticed the box was also damaged. The box appeared to have been dropped on something and the middle corner was bent in (it matched up with the damage on the spoiler.
I called the shipping company to file a damage report, they said only the shipper can do so. I notified the seller about the situation sending pictures. Seller said he would contact shipping company about the incident and resolve it. I have not heard back even though I have attempted to contact seller again to see a status on the report.
