Sold him a brand new part that was somehow missing parts. It was my mistake that I did not check out to make sure everything was in the box. Learned from that one. Anyway, that part was brand new, I just didn't need it and decided to sale it. He understood that the part was brand new and never installed and didn't get all bent out of shape becuase it was missing some bolts and washer. He was great to work with, and would have a beer with him anytime. That is if I was in town when he came to town lol.
