Seller beware: He agrees to the price and condtion of wheels. Pics were provided of nicks on wheels and wear on the tires. He sends me the money the day before and the next day he asks for a refund. Wasted my time and his. Luckily I was not able to ship out the wheels the next day. If you sell this guy anything double check to see if he really wants your item.

Seller posted that the tires were 75%, and I found out that the rears are completely bald on the edges... defintiely not even close to 75%. Rear tires would have to been replaced. I tried to work it out with the seller but he was unreasonable. Asked for a refund very soon after payment was sent, and before he was even going to be able to ship them. If the items description was true to the actual condition then there would not have been an issue. Seller then refused to refund and wanted a fee for "wasting his time"...

He looked at the description and the pictures posted. I stated 70-75% tread left on wheels. He agreed to the terms and condition of the wheels and sent me the money. He then PMs me the next day and says the tires look way to worn. How is it that he agrees with me one day then turns around the next day demanding for a refund. What if I did send these wheels out? He would have probably refused the shipment and I would have been stuck with the shipping. Its also funny that he submits negative feedback to me after he gets his refund.

Dont sell nothing to this guy. He will waste your time and money.

And I was not unreasonable at all. I just messed around with him for wasting my time (also have PMs). If you want to see the PMs ill gladly forward them to you. I told him I would ship him the wheels anyways and keep his money and that he would have to take it up with his CC company and paypal. He was so worried and was so nice to me all of a sudden. I got a kick out of it and told him he was getting his refund. Now I think about it, I should have. All terms were agreed upon and I showed him everything he needed to see in order to make a decision. Its a different story if I just sent him the wheels with no pictures no nothing and he suprised by it. But this was not the case. I made sure to point everything out to him. I did not hide anything. And I should be compensated for wasting my time. I made plans on using the money for my new car, planned a trip to CA and everything. I wasted my time taking the wheels off my car, washing them, and packaging them up.

I too have bought/sold many things both here and elsewhere online and I have never dealt with such a person before... And yes I too have PMs - so you could ask me also for a copy - you will see that I was always composed and rational trying to resolve the situation... unlike the seller who was very rude and not cooperative at all. It is true that the item's description did not match the actual condition - it is now unfortunate the the seller has "edited" the original post to reflect new information...

Check the add, I have the link posted. The description is the same. Pictures are the same. You sir are a TOOL. Did you get your money? YES U DID..... Did I not tell you I was only playing with you for wasting my time? Yes I did.....and I was never rude.

You act as if you did not see the pictures before sending me the money. By you sending me the money. Doesnt that imply that you agree with my description? Could I have made you go through the hassle of dealing with paypal and your CC company? Yes I could have but I didnt. And I think I had a strong arguement for my case.

You asked for a refund and got it the same day. But yeah Im hard to deal with. He PMd me earlier and asked why i left a negative feedback. I simply told him it was true. Which it is.
