I paid $675.00 to Mr. Jimmy Gonzales (CS350z) on 1/28/2007 for the purchase of a Nismo cat-back exhaust for a Nissan 350z. I have not received this item. Most of my attempts at contacting Mr. Gonzales have been avoided. Those few times I have communicated with Mr. Gonzales, I have been given vaugue excuses as to why the item has taken so long to ship. The tracking number Mr. Gonzales has provided for this transaction is invalid.
My last contact with Mr. Gonzales occurred on Sunday, March 4th, 2007 via a text message sent from him over a cellular phone. In the message, he indicated that he had shipped the exhaust via UPS, and that it would arrive on Friday. Mr. Gonzales also stated that he would contact me with the tracking number. That was 6 days ago. Friday has passed, and I have no evidence of any exhaust, or that any shipment has taken place.
As it stands, Mr. Gonzales has $675.00 of mine. He has had this in his possession for 45 days, and he has not honored his part of the transaction.
I will gladly remove this negative feedback once I am either refunded or I receive a Nismo exhaust.
