I bought Jon's 2005 350z. Understandably, there were many e-mails and questions with a purchase of this level. I was also going to fly up to see the car so it was necessary to coordinate schedules- which went smoothly.
He picked me up from the airport and we completed the deal in a few hours.
A couple of days later, the car had an issue on the freeway. I made a call to Jon not knowing the response I would get since I did buy a used car and it would be easy for him to tell me that "as is" is what I got. But I felt he really felt bad for what happened and even went on the forum to try and find solutions for the problem.... which turned out to be a bad Crankshaft Position Sensor. Dealer fixed it under warranty and all is well.
I hope Jon takes me up on my offer to stop by and meet the family and have dinner or lunch with us if he is ever down in San Diego.
