Pulley Belt tighten Q's
How do I tighten the pully belts? It there a proper method? Any helpful links? Thanks!

Loosen nuts "A" and "C". Use bolts "B", "D" to adjust the tension.
Chances are you won't have a belt tension gauge, so you'll have to use the deflection method to estimate the tension.
