can't bleed my clutch....

hi, i just replace my slave and master cylinder since they were suck on the floor and i couldn't shift. i replace my clutch with full kit 4 month ago so i assume it would be slave and master.
so i was doing 2 men bleeding by pump paddle, open valve, close valve, and release. and i've been doing that for 2 hrs, and paddle is still at floor. i see slave moving very very little, and when valve is open only small amount of fluid came out.

something is wrong here but i dont know what it is. i i set the length of m/c's rod 11cm as service book tells. and slave cylinder is in compressed position, and i dont know if thats right.

I've had 2 bad masters from 2 different sources lately so it's possible but not likely you got a bad master.
Try this:
With the pedal up and the reservoir full.
Open the bleeder then push the pedal to the floor.
Close the bleeder, raise the pedal and repeat.
Do this 5 or 6 times. be sure to keep a close eye on the fluid level it'll get low after 3 or 4 pumps. This might not get every drop of air out but should get most of it after 5 or 6 pumps most of the air will be out and you can go back to pump, hold, open, close then release method.

thank you for in put. i try that way, but i was out of luck. it does held some pressure but paddle only comes out half way and i don't see any improvement after that no matter how much time i bleed.. so i am bring it in to shop for the bleed. hope my new part want bad one though.

If the clutch pedal is still not coming up all the way, you may need to take out the clevis pin to adjust the push rod on the master.
