yes thats the splitter. the diffuser is the plastic piece that cover the bottom of the engine. we have it on our cars but it might not fit the nismo bumper. for the alternative cheap way, buy the splitter and bumper and a whole lot of extra screws and clips your gonna need. if your lucky enough youll find a bumper on the classifieds here in good condition. if not get ready to spend 1500$ +/- in bumper splitter cost plus paint and labor

thats actually a good idea with the akebonos considering what a bargain price they go for and you can even get stoptech rotors for them now

 

haha yea I never thought of that but its a great idea! They always close early and leave the lights on with no security near by, they cant expect anything else lol.
