such as import permission, import duty, "China compulsory certification", inspection & modification (if needed), etc... |

don't discuss about the politics please:icon39: the park is already open to the public after the game, that's why i can get my car in:icon38: and the weather is cold in late autumn night, so there's not many people walking around:) |

the standard of living in beijing is far above the average of China, as well as Shanghai i think. |
I haven't been to Beijing since '97. I am sure a lot has change.

Thats sick! i was there for the olympics and the buildings, enviornment and people was just amazing. I bet you have the best looking Z in Beijing. If you have time can you give me some info on what kinds of procedures needs to be done to get your car there legally? i plan on moving back to Guangzhou in a year or 2 and hopefully bring my Z with me.
|
Man these photos are amazing... This reminds me so much of myself. I was in China for a month this past summer. I wish I could hurry up and get my masters so I can get a job doing business there. I'm sure you already know, but your car is a rare treat to have in China. It's not often you ever catch a glimpse of a Z in Beijing or anywhere else in China for that matter. I'm sure all the girls tell you "Ni de che piao liang, hai shi, hen ke ai" hahaha, i'm so white...

thanks for the compliments guys!
|
Nice ride, glad you changed up the wing though!
btw, the guy that bought my Z had intentions of exporting it to China. So if you see a black track edition, the only thing to separate it from being stock when I sold it was a s2k antenna and shaved front emblem...that would be pretty cool to see if it actually made it over there! I figured the guy was full of ****, but hey, his check cleared so I didn't care...haha |

Very nice bro!!! I would look twice if I saw your drive by...lol
|
the place looks pretty empty what time did u take the pics?
|
awesome pics man. I'm in HK right now but my hometown is Guangzhou. The car scene doesn't really exist that much, its not visible daily at least (talking about Guangzhou). In HK there are **** load of nice cars but mainland, the middle class isn't wealthy enough to have such nice cars.
You are a pioneer in taking good photos of a hot car on the mainland and posting it on a western forum. I salute you! haha. If anyone is in HK right now let me know. When I got time my friends and I bomb around in a Ver.8 STi. And someone please ban that Sean guy. |

pics look terrific! |
Not bad for China.
|
nice pictures, awesome city! i would love to travel there, but im afraid of the language barrier.
side note: arent chinese car requirements lower than the US and europe? i know their cars cost less than half ours do here, and are near copies of other makers. i guess they are just less expensive cuz they dont spend much money on exterior design or platform development?? :dunno: someone clue me in! |
sweet ride, i'm so jealous right now that you're in china
