Rock, how are you? I have been known to drive on I5 but I didn't see your Z. I am good at spotting them. We were in Santa Fe, NM last week and saw one on just out of town - Daytona Blue (ok it was not hard to spot). Now there is a place to let the Z loose since no one lives there - except police, sheriff, state police. I have never seen so many in my life on the roads. No worry though I was in a rented Ford Ranger. That auto does not like to drive at 7000 feet altitude.
Ben, shaken your Z apart with that sound system of yours yet? Settleinfo, are you still alive after the Apple Cup. In case in the post-game haze you forgot, UW won but congrats on the Rose Bowl. Kevin, just a howdy. |
Originally posted by rep15 Settleinfo, are you still alive after the Apple Cup. In case in the post-game haze you forgot, UW won but congrats on the Rose Bowl. While watching the Apple Cup on TV with friends from both schools, I came to the conclusion that in the end, when all was said and done, that a win by UofW (I can't believe I just wrote that) would actually be good for both schools, as it would still leave the Cougs with a chance at the Rose Bowl, and guarantee that the Huskies  would still be bowl-eligible. I'm still disappointed in the performance of the fans after the Apple Cup, though. For the record, it was classless and distasteful, even though it was the 'Dawgs. They simply wanted to win more than the Cougs did on that day, and everyone knows that in rivalry games, the team that wants to win more will. Every time. Unfortunately, I won't be travelling to Pasadena this year, and will have missed opportunities to go and see 1/2 of WSU's Rose Bowl appearances in all of its years playing football. But I will be watching on TV, and expecting a close game with Oklahoma. Bottom line: no "haze" for me on Apple Cup night. I was too stunned to drink anything. Be sure to get another meeting scheduled. I'm still holding out hope for a track day at Pacific Raceways (hint, hint) or at least a group event at Champs Karting, where we could all race go-karts with our Z's parked outside. |

John, you have new wheels...........
|
Yes!!
and tires and worked on the stereo I will be making a sealed encloser for the stock location for the sub I have bought the factory cover for the blows stereo sub ( $7.80 from local dealer) so it will look stock when finished. Just recieved my factory splash guards from the dealer. By the way NNA just started shipping the splash guards that were on backorder/hold, they cancelled all the ones that were on back order so the dealers have to re-order them. Hope to meet again, my current point in my work rotation has me off during the week and working the weekend. That will change in a couple weeks (8 day long weeks). |
Those look sweet John!
What kind of tires did you put on there? |
