I knew you were holding out. I don't drive the Z in the rain much, it can be a bit squirrely with the setup I have. We could go for a short ride though and maybe just park somewhere so I can check out that cleavage.

Yeah, it would have to be a weekend... Santa Rosa is a good 2 hour drive from Livermore, without traffic (which never happens!). Although I'm hoping to be out at Sears Point on Thursday doing a track day... although I'll be pasted by the time I'm done... flogging a literbike around the track all day will kick your ***!

I need to take the car to Z Car Garage for a tune and dyno in a couple weeks, so some time after that? I would give you plenty of notice.
It was missing on the last two runs Weds, so I need to get that taken care of...cuz I know you are going to push it. hahaha
It has a Nismo S suspension w/Hotchkiss sways, so you should be able to get it around the twisty's at a reasonable speed and the supercharger will help you out of the turns.

 

Thursday is actually a Z2 (Zoom Zoom) Track Day... I won't be taking the NRS (New Racer's School) until the end of the year.

I won't push it too hard, because it's not my ride, and I'm always respectful of other people's toys!
Sway bars and a supercharger??? Oh man... I'm looking forward to being a passenger- you know the roads, you know the ride... go on- try and scare me!!
Then I can take it for a spin... damz that's gonna be some fun! I'll bring my bullet cam- we can shoot some vid for poor ol' DivineZ and post it up on Youtube for him to see how it's done!!

 

Zoom, zoom day? Is that like an open track day? You guys are fuking up my drag race night. Or someone is. I know you are going Thursday, but there are no races Weds, so someone is using it. Last Weds they had NASCAR cars and some open wheel cars before we started.

140?? Whatever... I've had my gixxer up to 154 on Hiway 1, and a tad faster than that on the track, front straight at Reno Fernley.

And the track day was frickin' AWESOME!!!





This was a bit of an "Oh Sh*t!!" moment... came around turn 9, had to cut 9A reaaaaally tight! Good times!!

 

That would be 140mph in 9 seconds from a dead stop. I'm sure she has had her bike well over 140mph. Yeah....well I have had my Z up to 150 through the Stockton tunnel in SF heading toward Sutter St. Could have hit 156, but the signal was changing.

The track day looks awesome. Great pic with the bike down. Hope no one got hurt.

 

No, he was standing out of the impact zone, looking pissed all to hell... can't say I blame him! I hate that corner, though... almost lowsided there myself my last track day!

 

Were you at Infineon? Which corner was it? Have you been over the handebars yet?
