I'm going to try this again: Speedring
 

It's been a while and everyone should be ready for more Speedring action. Plus we have a few new NorCal members that have never been. So I'm setting up a Speedring meet for December.

Tentative date: Saturday, Dec. 13th at approx 8pm.

This is one week before the track day so this will get us warmed up for the real thing.

I would prefer to do a Sprint race (5 min qualify followed by 20 min racing) so price should be $40. If everyone would rather do the 12 minute session for $25 then we can do that as well.

If you're interested post a reply, preference (Regular 12 min session or Sprint Race) and whether Dec. 13th works for you. Space is limited to 14 max.

most likely I'll be there... need to mark it on my calendar... any reason why on a Sat instead of Friday night like before?

We can do Fri 12th or Sat 13th whichever is better for most people.

I'd be willing to make a showing, haven't driven karts out here yet.

I heard about this place... supposely opening in Dec. Had a flyer on it... been meaning to post about it... should be cool... atleast the karts should be fairly new... :D

A bunch of people from my work have been wanting to go. I'm down to go on Saturday! The sprint race sounds pretty fun.

Count me in. I've never gone before, but I keep hearing about how much fun it is.

Alright guys. I can only do this on Saturday now. I need to drive down to LA so Tadashi can use my car to build a flash for the Random cats (they tend to lean out the A/F a bit). I plan to drive down Thursday, get the flash on Friday morning and drive back Friday afternoon. Is Sat 13th cool with everyone?

Are you still planning on Sat. Night? I can probably go if it's noonish or early afternoon...
Have to go to a family holiday party at night...

Thinking of scrapping the idea altogether. This LA trip is last minute and I'm not sure when I'll be back exactly.
