I think they were referring to SilverStone as the most popular color not Liquid Silver!!

Since your question has been answered.......

I think chrome silver is most popular, and I don't even like it. A LOT of people buy siler, and chrome silver has been out since 2003...

Even though i'd love to see red or blue be the top color... I know they aren't.

And for those that own a color that was discontinued...well, that's because there wasn't a huge market for it. To each their own.

I don't know if its so much that, as maybe its just a special one year run color. 2003 had Brickyard, 2004 had Liquid Aluminum, and 2005 has Ultra Yellow. If UY stays after this year, I was wrong. But if Ultra Yellow only lasts this year... maybe I'm right.

Remember that the #1 goal of all businesses is profit, if they don't think they will profit from offering a certain option (in this case a certain color), they won't offer it longer than they need to.

Liquid Aluminum? I never heard of that color. How is it different from Chrome Silver or Silverstone?

Well, if you look at the following screen shot I took Nissan USA has clearly announced that Daytona Blue is the best!

Okay.....I'm not trying to be biased here, but let's look at the colors that Nissan used to really advertise and promote this vehicle when it was first intorduced.

Coupe: Lemans Sunset-including the use of this color in "The Run"
Roadster: Daytona Blue

Even between these, the signature color of the Z really has to go to the Lemans Sunset Orange

If I had several hundred bucks to blow I wouldn't wast it on PS. I'd waste it on other, equally useless, stuff.

BTW...has anyone else noticed that the available smily things keep changing?

Obviously each person is going to have their own opinion of which color is best.

I chose PPW for my Z because I think its a classy, sexy, conservative color that really shows off the lines of the car and contrasts nicely. But to each their own. They are all beautiful.

They are all beautiful. I had a Le Mans Sunset Roadster and switched to PPW. I really had trouble making up my mind when decision-time came. I went with PPW cause it just felt right (and I don't regret it; the white sparkles like a diamond in the sun, and I really groove on the frost interior and the blue top). However, in the best of all possible worlds, I'd have one of each.
