Zquicksilver,

exactly.. i'm thinkin of getting the limited flash, and safc2 down the road.. right now, my mods do not warrant such a tool ... or maybe it does? (exhaust, plenum, popcharger)

i have the RSR*ti2000 springs.. just like your rsr down springs.. same thing. but it is apparently lighter than stock? i'm actually skeptical because they didnt seem that much lighter than stock to me.... you will love the conservative drop. lil less than 1 inch. more importantly, you'll love the peppier handling.

good luck with the installs!

thanks...

there's got to be a place with the a/f tunning tool on hand to make adjustments...?

actually, those are the springs i'm installing...the ti2000's...i got impatient with everyone telling the down springs should be in soon...only 45 days!! WTF, summer will be over by that time!! grrrrrrrr...so i just ordered the ti's from MVP for $75 more. it's worth it, imo!

GOT THE PARTS BACK FROM JETHOT I went with the 2K coating, thought by the time inspection comes around these should have a few years of grime on them and will blend right in... I hope, especially if they do a visual.

Some pics to show others what they look like...

Nice! How long did it take to get 'em coated? I've got the TS headers and have yet to send 'em out. They're sill in the box in my garage.

Thanks!

I sent them out at the beginning of the month. "I" delayed the process a few days because they had a few questions and for some reason I didn't get the messages, I was in NY. Anyway, I would say from door to door about 20 days give or take.

They look great, congrats!

on a side note, it really is car-specific when it comes to whether or not a reflash is needed when it comes to what specific mods you have... I have a plenum, pulley, intake, headers, hf cats, true dual exhaust, etc and do not have the reflash - the last time I went to dyno, however, my A/F ratio was pretty good - just above 13.1 at redline, so no worries there...

thanks bwzabodyn...

on that side note... it's kinda comforting to hear or read i think the best thing to do in my situation is just get a dyno done to get a reading on my a/f mixture after the install.

Your G is as sick as my Z... i did a double take when i opened the pic in your link!

Wow it looks even better coated. It reminds me of CAD or a 3D viewer's flat shade.

It does look MEAN coated FB

Flat shade...too funny...I currently use RHINO 3D for all my designs. Trying to learn SolidWorks on the side, if that's even possible?? That programs great!!

Geez Rhino is so old school. I thought after Alias bought the technology it withered away. I can model Nurbs in Maya like mad whether surface modeling or patch modeling. I love those vertices.

you're my Hero!

soon I'll be following your steps

What are your plan for ECU? Reflash or piggyback? I think I'm going to go with L-spec and safc.

ok...ok...i guess i started the program wars with my response...it's what the company bought, i would say more, but I won't

I'm not a 100% what to do about the ECU at this point Nano??? If TS can guarantee a perfect set up I will go with them. I still have time to research other methods of tweaking my ECU.

Default Let us know if they RASP between 2200-3500 RPM

I'd really like to hear if they rasp or not. Since you're installing the headers as well, it should be a true indicator.

I had Kinetix cats and they ran great (fitment was so-so). As soon as I installed the DC headers, the cats started to rasp around 2200-3500 RPM. They sounded really cheap so I removed and sold the Kinetix cats. I'd like to get another set but first confirm if they rasp or not with headers.

jkoc, my buddy Nick is also looking to get a set. Let me know if you're about to purchase a set and we could probably get a package deal.

Fritz, Jkoc I am in, the RT cats I have, not sure if the guts of them have deteriorated. Apparently, they have this tendancy, not sure if I lost power. So, I think the Helix might put my mind at ease as they are better built. Jkoc, I noticed that you were scratching your head about a reflash, me too. I am actually thinking about taking a drive down to Maryland were the Altered Atmosphere head quarters is located and having them do it in front of me, saving me the hassle of shipping in/out etc. Would you be initerested, PM me. Fritz, hows the reno's at the house? Bet you wish you were installing the fancy brake kit instead. I will call you later today.
