Dino's in K-Town
Any number of Bahn Mi (Viet sandwiches) shops.

I don't like Regent or Carnitas Michoacan.

hmm im not sure if it's next to a rim shop but it's next to the 24 hr bakery that has a "c" rating, and right behind gina's there's a liquor store [beer + tacos = ]
it's really, really yummy. and cheap. it takes maybe 10-15 minutes to get your food after you place the order but it's def worth the wait cuz they don't cook it til you order it.
