Smile Picking up my NEW MB 2008 NISMO Z Tonight

I got a sweet trade in deal on my 08 6MT touring with NAV :-)

I was blow away how much better and smoother the NISMOz was.

I don't know how a car that looks like NISMO can feel and ride so smooth and kick the corners out so well.

I love this thing, I will be losing NAV Blue-tooth and some other thing's but it's well worth it :-)

I just wanted to ask how come the NISMO Z does not come with VDC? just TCS

PHOTOS ARE UP !!

Just Few Quick Photos. I had the windows tinted with smoked out rear tell lights.
Enjoy

Well not right now, I love the car the way it is:-) I might put the NISMO ypipe on later with mid pipe. And upgrade the system with NAV Blue-tooth XM setup.

But other then that I'm looking to keep the car clean, My goal is to make the NSIMO Z look sexy not raced out.

I was thinking about taking off the nismo logos off the wheels and also debage the rear as well. I'm going this weekend to have tent put on.

I want to keep the car looking clean and sexy

My thoughts for what they are worth:
1) removing the Nismo badges would make the car less of a Nismo
2) the Nismo y-pipe will not fit the stock exhaust as the pipe diameters are different -- already looked into this
3) add an aftermarket Navi system, as the Nissan systems are some of the worst out there, imo -- I added a Pioneer AVIC-D3 with Bluetooth, XM, PAC steering wheel interface, and backup camera and it is so much better than the stock system
4) the Bose system for the car SUCKS!!! Changing the HU will make a big difference, but to make it sound a little better; change the front speakers out and disconnect the useless rear speakers.

Please don't ruin the value of the car by debadging it. Just mod so that it can be put back as it came from the factory as it was new.

I can understand that. After thinking about it I will leave it alone for now.

the value of the car is "ruined" only if the next buyer cares for the nismo

and why are we modding so we can return it back to OEM when we sell? why not just keep it stock, that would be the best value right? we can save on the labor of modding and the parts that we'd modify. lets just keep the nismo stock so that once we re-sell it, it will be a "better" resale value (since that is definitely the most important aspect of owning the nismo: to have the best resale value once we are done with the car.)

Congrats! Debadge that thing if you prefer the look. It won't ruin the value in the least.

You can always put the badge and stickers back on if you like.
