The first shot makes it hard to tell, because of the orange tint. But it's Silverstone. It's impossible to tell in a photo by the color alone. The only way is to compare the contrast between the wheels and body. CS is almost a match, whereas SS is noticeably darker under almost any conditions.

Incidentally, the close up shot of the handle is a good example of orange peel, for anyone who wanted to see it. I don't know if it really is orange peel or just the way the photo came out, but that's what it looks like!

The car that Autoweek tested & had a bunch of photos of (besides just that one) was a Silverstone track model.

I noticed the orange peel in the door handle shot, too. Like you said, it could also be the picture itself.

Nice avatar, Nobody of Consequence! I can only choose from the ones 350Z supplies. I guess that's a points thing, too. There's no respect for us people who have been Z fanatics for 20 years, I tell ya! Inconceivable!

Zterritory,

You should be able to activate and change your avatar. I think the threshold is 50 posts and 10 days or more of membership. PM me if you have any problems.

And of course we respect Z fanatics of 20 years! I've only been one since the Z32 myself, but it's always nice to see some of the classic Z lovers here.

Thanks Zterritory. That's what the Z looks like to me, a loyal happy car that loves to run up and down the street!

You should be able to change your avatar if you go to the bottom of the screen that lets you pick one. You can just type in the location on your computer where the file is, and it uploads it automatically. Very cool.

Thanks tbcz, for the help and the note of appreciation!

Thanks to you too, nobody of consequence!

I was trying to find the threshold for uploading my own avatar. I think it's 200 points (I posted a thread on this before I saw your posts here).

Anyway, I was able to do it, so thanks again to you both!
