Talking Infineon on New Year's Day!

T.E.A.M. Racing is having an open track event at Infineon Raceway on New Year's Day! Cost is only $190 per driver and will include catered lunches, bottled water and Gatorade, snacks, and volunteer instruction. I can't think of any better way to start off the new Year!

What is the entry fee for spectators? Since I have upgraded from a '73 pontiac POS to a Kia, I'm thinking I probably won't run, but it would be fun just to watch and talk.

***T.E.A.M. Racing never charges for folks to come and watch. I don't know whether or not the track charges or not, though. The NASA events I have been to at Sears have charged non-officials (including racers, if you can believe that) ten bucks to get in. So if anything, you'd probably have to pay the ten dollars at the gate. Otherwise, all you gotta do is sign the track's waiver and the T.E.A.M. Racing waiver, and you're good to go. BTW, I see nothing wrong with driving a Kia on Sears -- at our last event at Thunderhill, we had an Escalade blowing by people! Crazy!!!

Wow . . . the Northern Cal thread has a lot of interest . . . I guess folks from the So Cal region aren't keen on attending events at Infineon? Oh man! You guys will be missing out! If I can drive all the way down to Willow Springs, you guys can drive up to Infineon. Believe me, it's so worth it! Anyway . . . I was hoping we'd get a few more Zs to join the two or three that are planning to come to the event. I hope to see you there!

Spartacus -- love the bird.
